girlfriend wants truck for teenage daughter

indiana we have a lawyer but he says there is nothing we can do with out the will and that the lawyer with the will dont have to answer him.the girlfriend is exsister-in-law of fathers husband so she knew the finanical situation of father-in-law she(girlfriend) divorced her husband when stepmom found out she wasnt gonna beat her cancer and more or less moved in the day after we buried the stepmom.afraid she will take death certificates to license branch and have it put in teenage daughters name that is niece to husbands father . she kept him supplied with booze so she could swindle him out of bunches of money. she has possesion of all personal belongings and were told that we cant even get those either. how do we get this lawyer with the will to return our calls the son is suppose to be a co-executor ( (with step-sister of the stepmoms previous marriage) was told this by the lawyer with the will)girlfriend has the original will
