Purchased several pieces of Furniture from a store 2 years ago, one piece was damaged, they agreed to replace the damaged piece, but due to manufacturing problems e.tc, e.t.c I ended up waiting over 12 months for the replacement. However the replacement was damaged and once again they have promised to replace it but I just seem to get one excuse after the other. I which to claim some kind of compensation but don't know what I'm entitled to. Please Help
