i worked in another dept. for 8 hrs. on a friday. was placed on a job men almost twice my size quit because of the pace and weight of the parts. i was slightly sore at the end of the day but that monday morning i couldn't get out of bed due to severe back pain. my personal visit to the hospital didn't satisfy so they sent me to their therapist which after weeks with some results the therapist sent me to the company doctor due to numbness in my fingers and severe pain after placing my chin on my chess. therapist guessed buldged or ruptured disc in neck. company doctor placed me on light duty with no mention of rupture or buldging disc. have been dropped by workman's comp. 2nd opinion x-ray by spine specialist say buldging maybe rupture disc.
also advises either live with or consider surgery. does the supreme court ruling on : toyota vs williams apply in my favor???
