indiana we go monday to open the estate of my father-in-law who all should be present and who should contact those that are in the will to tell them the time and place?? he had a lawyer prepare him a will and father-in-laws girlfriend is in possession of his copy. if son is to get fathers truck should we tell the lawyer have her bring the keys & title (thats in fathers name only) she has told several people that son gets said truck but in the mean time is enjoying the us of it and what rights does son have to personal belongings of father (guns,jewelery ,(she didnt bring to funeral home we requested), and furniture that was fathers & stepmoms before father& girlfriend bought a house together and moved everything in to it which is titled in both their names (fathers&girlfriends) and what if we cant locate the guns and stepdaughter (belonging to step mom) wants some of the furniture (stepmom is deceased) that was passed down from her grandma and lawnmower that was being stored at fathers place that is missing and she has paperwork for
