I am not sure if this question belongs on this board or the Family Law board. My husband and I are traveling overseas and want to make sure we have proper documentation of guardianship of our minor children, in the event of our deaths. We have chosen guardians and they have agreed. Is it enough to have it written up and all parties sign it? Or, do we need notarization, etc.? We are in Massachusetts.
