- florida:confused: can a lanlord tell you that you cannot have
firearms and that you can not sell a firearm ever.
its not in my lease agreement not to be able to.
lived here for 3 years without a problem until
my landloard hired a property manager.
they say its the insurance company thats giving
them a hassle.
im a holder of a c&r ffl licence and im not doing any buissness
whatsoever.
i just collect.
i have documents to prove this of what the insurance company
told the property manager

My response:

Sure.

If there's a "Firearm" ban (read, "Clause") in the written lease contract, then yes, a landlord has a right to control what comes onto his property.
