What is the name of your state? indiana
I was arrested for a dui in Illinois and I live in Indiana. What happens if I just don't show up for my court date? Or if I do and they sentence me to jail and I don't show up and just stay in Indiana. thank you very much.

which ever state you have your drivers license in, will be suspeneded until you pay the fine or do the time.
