7years ago in Indiana, I pleaded guilty to
embezzlement and was ordered to pay restitution by the court. I have done so for 5 years, but health setbacks make it difficult to make those payments. How do I go about
making different repayments plans?

My response:

You have your attorney file a Petition with the same, exact, judge - - if he/she is still there.

Then, all you can do is hope that the judge amends the current orders. If you don't go back to court, and if you fail to follow the current court orders, it's off to jail you go.
