A male friend of mine has a first time misdimeanor charge against him in Wilmington, DE. He is a Computer Technician and is trying to get back into the work force within the TriState area (PA,NJ,DE). Whenever he receives an application from an employer, there is a line for divulging this type of information to the potential employer.
What does he do in this situation? How does he answer this question? Now that he has this misdimeanor charge on his leagal record can he get back into the work force? How long does this charge stay on this record?
