What is the name of your state? new hampshire. My lease end in jan and I am leaving in september leaving three months of rent my landlord says i have to pay I am going to college ibn the fall, and will be unemployed. I wont have the money even if the court rules that I owe him money, what then, plus I gave him from may till the end of august to find a new tennant shouldnt he be able to?
