basicly the 14th amendment, state and federal civil right code
and several different state supreme court rulings about state statues or regulations that the states found unconstitutional and quated the 14th amendment of the federal constitutionis it possible to use and maybe win a federal civil rights case with just case law and federal codes? can you win a case based on existing case law and federal civil rights code ? thanks
