What is the name of your state? California
My step-dad recently passed away and my niece was living with him at the time. His will stated she is to get 2/3 and I am to get 1/3. She is packing up what "she" thinks I should get and said she will call me when I can pick it up. Shouldn't I be allowed up there sorting through my mom and step-dads things? She is always making excuses why I can't come up.
