my mother died in November of 2001 me and my sister are co executor of her will we have not yet to file probate on it. my mom died with alot of bill and not real property the only thing she owned was her car which kelly blue book value on it is 3,330 my sister wants the car but we are afraid that if we file probate we will have to sell it and she can't have it. what can we do to in sure she can get the car.
