Hello, I am currently being sued for Not Returning a GIFT!
This person gave me something, changed their mind, demanded I return it, I did not. Filed & dropped small claims suit. Filed Civil Suit for Replevin. Round 1 magistrate told/scolded me GIVE IT BACK, it didnt cost you anything, give it back! (I refused and I am proceeding pro-se to trail. But I would like to know what is the
LEGAL term for "indian givers"???"

The statute of frauds apply to may case, no contract. The person REQUESTED I come pick up said gift. And I am now being sued!!!

Anyone know of such a legal term/order... give it back??
How to fight this?
