What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? VA
I live in VA. However, my sister lived in Maryland. A year and a half ago my sister passed away. In her will she left me some family heirlooms our grandmother gave to her. These consist of my grandmothers diamond wedding ring and a diamond watch. My former brother-in-law refuses to give them back to me. He pretty much says that what ever belonged to my sister is now his. Needless to say he is not the nicest person. Anyway I was hoping that someone could let me know what action I can take to make this person(and I use this term loosely) return these things that are not rightfully his.
