Hello. My mother owns a home that she wishes to sell. However because of her physical disability she is unable to do it herself. She asked me to do it for her so I obtained a power of attorney thinking that's all I'll need to go get things rolling. Is there anything else I need to have or to know before I go about doing this? Can I sign/close for her?
