What is the name of your state? California

My father's family has refused to release all portions of my deceased father's trust documents. His will papers were
sent in full omitting me from consideration. Only portion
of trust statement omitting me from consideration has
been delivered.
Do I have the right to view all of trust and other related documents or do I have to sue to open trust for probate?

No, you do not have the right to view the trust documents, since those are private documents that are not public record.

That right is only granted to designated beneficiaries and the trustee.
