What is the name of your state? Florida
My father passed away in July 2001. At the time
of his death, my sister resided with him in the
home that he owned. There was no will and the
estate completed probate in January 2002. My sister and I received title to the home, and she is still living in the house and has refused to
sell it. Do I have any rights to force the sale as the condition of the property continues to deteriorate. She is not employed as is living off funds that were in a saving account of my fathers that she was listed as a joint member "in case of an emergency". When that money runs out, I fear the worst.
