I am in charge of my grandmother's estate. There is no estate other than a house. We are trying to sell it but we are unable to say when this will happen. I have informed all debtors that there was no financial estate. What am I responsible for paying and how long do the debtors have to put a lein on the house? If I sell the house before there is a lein do I have to pay for these debts anyway.
