I live in Florida and my ex-girlfriend lives in Washington. I loaned her $3000.00 so she could make a down payment and get a car. She said she would repay me and I do have emails and a voicemail of her saying this. Anyway is is possible I can sue her for the money even though she does not live in the same state as me?
