What is the name of your state? Florida

If I am going to take a deposition on two people at the company that I am suing, in Small Claims Court in Seminole County, are there any forms that need filled out?

OR, do I just hire a court reporter, call their lawyer, give them the choice of where and when, then meet and take the deposition?
