I am owed commission and vacation pay by my former employer, I have documentation of this. The catch is, I worked for them in Arkansas, they live in Kansas, the payroll company is in New Hampshire and I now live in Florida. I was told to file a small claims case but am unclear on which state to do it in. Can I file in my state/county of residence or do I have to file it where the debt was incurred?
