What is the name of your state? New York State-I am and so is another family member administrators of my brothers estate. There was a lawyer representing us, but he decided not to continue because of bickering, he sent a letter to us both, saying we should each get another lawyer to settle this estate, I did, I know nothing about these laws etc, now other person does not want to pay the lawyers fee, he helped settle this estate. Help
