What is the name of your state? New York

As trustee of an estate, I believe one is eligible for compensation.

Would someone be so kind as to advise me of the customary trustee compensation for an estate (amount not specified in trust) for FL, NY, MA (assuming this is state specific).

Most grateful,
Bienenmeister

Are you a trustee or a beneficiary of the trust who is trying to get access to this information? It would be very odd for a trustee not to have made provisions in the trust for his own compensation.

You would have to consult with a trust attorney in each state (or the trust department of a bank) to get the fee schedules you seek, since this is not publicly available information. What type of trust is the one you have?
