What is the name of your state? Arizona

Ok so here's the story, I would appreciate as much advice as possible! My ex and i were engaged for two years, needless to say it was a bad relationship. We accrued a huge amount of debt! Most of which was in my name. Is he liable for these expenses? I have a contract signed by him stating we would split an itemized list of balances and he would make payments to me, but he has failed to do this. I have given him a year to get on his feet (he took us splitting up pretty hard) and have contacted him asking once again for payment, he has not acknowledged me. So I would like to take him to court, I have all documentation of the bills owed and know that I can prove my case on paper. But my question is, what do you think the chances are that i will awarded my claim? Thanks so much :)

If you have a contract signed by him agreeing to pay for half then I think your chances are excellent!
