What is the name of your state? Missouri

when a default judgement is given, how long from the time of judgement are you given to settle the debt without being served with a writ of execution?
And
are there rules to follow as far as "chain of command" type seizure..
what I mean is: does the plaintiff have to try means of garnishment and bank attachment before the seizure of property? and if there are vehicles available for seizure- can they choose livestock as thier first option of repayment of debt?

Can another persons livestock on your property be seized for your debt? and who does the burdon of proof fall on for proof of ownership? (yes, they were shown paperwork and verbally told it was not the correct livestock)
At what point does animal endangerment or abuse come into play? - (Nursing mothers were ripped from their babies knowingly)-

Also .. can said seizure of livestock be moved across state lines for sale and can the sheriff and plaintiff withold information as to the whereabouts of said livestock?

yes this is a mess and I need help thanks

:(
