5 years ago I paid all fees requested of me to a lawyer. I requested an annulment of my marriage based on fraud. Some one married me just to get a green card. Any way the lawyer never filed the papers. He sent me a copy of the complaint that was suspose to be filed, and a copy of the summons for the respondent, but never followed thru. Do I have to pay anymore money, or can he just go ahead and filed the papers from 5 years ago. I hope I am making my self plain.
