Repeat your question

It depends on what you are talking about. There are LOTS of process in the court system such as criminal or civil, etc..

So, please repeat your question and make us understand your point.

an example

Okay. I go ahead to give you an example in felony criminal case.

1) get bust and arrested over felony drug possession
2) fingerprints, mugshots, etc..
3) must be 48 hours before first court appearance
4) GUILTY or NOT GUILTY

5) if GUILTY SENTENCING hearing scheduled later

6) if not guilty, BAIL BOND

7) many hearings, many motions, etc..

NOTES: during 6 and 7, you might be offered a deal which can be a lesser sentence if you plead guilty.

8) finally the big day is TRIAL

9) DA say BS things about you, and your lawyer argued back

10) closing arguments with DA and defense

11) then JURY go in a tiny room to discuss

12) You found GUILTY with your head bow down and hands in front hold together

13) baliff takes you in custody

14) SENTENCING HEARING for you

15) 15 years in prison with your new boyfriend

get an idea (note, those details I provided you above are not true, but just a picture)

The question is why no one gives a rat's ass about child abuse or identity theft. Some one was using your Social Securtity numbers writing no account checks ruining your credit would you be pissed? How about credit cards?
The "Courts" know about it yet do not act on it.
US Senators know about it and have no clue what to do.
Attormey General have not a clue.

The laws are merely guidelines, as is the 1st,9th and 14th admendments.

Did the felony thing couple of times the first thing is do it pro se and beat them. The lawyer is not going to bite the hand that feeds them. Bleed you and plead you is 99% lawyers motto.

I got the 3 differnet charges dismissed 3 times.

If some one was beating up your children with the States assistance would you just say Ces le vie?

IN fact while on probation for 3 years for writing no account checks with one year remaining Judged took her off probation
so 2 weeks later she was arrested for you got it BAD CHECKS.
Nice to sleep with the Judge.
