What is the name of your state? Virginia

An individual was born and given their birth name and has a birth certificate and ss# for that name.......then, the same individual was baptised under a different name and obtained another ss# for the baptismal name. If this person got married using the baptismal name and NOT the legal birth given name, is this a valid marriage? If not, would this classify as an annulement or a divorce? I realize this would most definately fall under the catagory of fraud, especially since the person they married didn't have a clue, but in the eyes of the court, was this ever a valid marriage to begin with? And in the situation of property settlement, would the fraudulant person have any rights to property obtained during the marriage especially if all property is in the innocent spouses name?
Thank you for any and all help with this matter!
