What is the name of your state? Texas

Me and my husband are separating. The is DV, but it has never been reported. (the DV has never been taken out on the children) He is lashing out at me by threating to take the children away, because I am not allowing myself to be alone with him anymore. I have very little if any money. Please someone help.

If you don't have funds, have a DV situation and have children, you probably more than qualify for help from Legal Aid.

Call the agency in your state and get going on this to protect yourself and your children.
