Filed for divorce March 13, 2002. Moved 4 hrs away with the kids. I was awarded primary custodial parent while restraining order is in effect (4 months). Went to court for Temporary support. Judge ordered him to pay 140/wk. Have not received any money. He has support orders for other children, which are taken from his paycheck. My order could not be made an income deduction order because of this. What can I do to make him pay.
Will he have to pay for the credit card debt during the marriage even though the cards were in my name only.
