I live in the state of North Carolina. My question is...My daughter married at the age of 17 about 2 months ago to a boy in the military. My husband signed under false pretenses. She now wants an annulment. Would this qualify for annulment. If it does, will she halft to have a waiting period for seperation. Please email me at [email protected].
