My ex-wife obtained an annulment in order to marry her present husband. Does this also mean that our divorce is void (as if it never took place)? If so what are my legal options?

If you were already divorced and she needed an annulment I am assuming she/you are catholic? If so - was her annulment a legal process or one granted through the church?
