What is the name of your state? Texas

I received my final divorce decree which states I was present in court when granted. I was not there. Is divorce valid?

1. Were you represented by counsel?

2. Was counsel in the courtroom?

3. Is the order signed by the judge?

Did not have attorney. Is signed by judge.

Well, it's a bit unusual, but if the judge says you were there, then you were there.

Divorce valid. Case closed.
