What is the name of your state? pa- when marital assets are being divided, if one party has children and the other party is not taking advantage of their visiting privilidges, can the party who has custody get a larger percentage of the marital assets? in this case the party without the children has another partner now and is trying to take things from the parrent who has custody. the parent with the new partner went bankrupt in business and didn't contribute a cent towards any bills throughout the marriage and now wants to take things like the tv, furniture, and other items from the home.
