I live in Wisconsin... though I think this question is quite universal.

As things go, the losing side (kinda knows it 'don't they' ;) ), yet would still want to argue the issue.

For HalKat :rolleyes:
The Judge then speaks at lenth, receives an affirmative reply from the attorney, then dismisses the case.

What do you call that?
