What is the name of your state? Illinois-my husband is controlling and has been physical in the past. we have a 9 year old son.how do i make my husband leave our residence until the divorce is final.i'd like my son to be able to have his bedroom and remain in the same school.the problem is we live on a farm and my husband would have to care for livestock daily.

Sorry, but you seem to be asking to have your cake and eat it too......if you truly want him "out" you will need to request this upon filing for the divorce and make other arrangments for the care of the livestock (ie - do it yourself or hire someone else to do it).
