What is the name of your state? sc

i pulled up my case file to see when my case would go on the current roster. on my case it has damage hearing what does that mean. the people i am suing is a car dealership they filed bankruptcy than later open up again under the same name they filed bankruptcy on. i had a judgment against them and they did not show up for court making them default. could that be why they have damage hearing.

Normally, a 'damage hearing' is to review the damages being claimed and their viability.
