florida I have a fiance in prison here in florida and he thought that he was divorced 12 years ago. He just found out the wife never divorced so how do we go about getting this done while he is still incarcerated? funds are very limited of course so is there procedings and forms that would enalble us to do much of the paperwork ourselves? thank you so much for any info.....
