the relief?

It could be anything that is properly regarded as fraudulent or deceptive conduct in court or related to a legal proceding -- such as falsely making statements in an affidavit as to a proceeding, impersonating another on the stand, presenting a forged document, etc.

The relief may be anything from being held in contempt of court and serving time in jail, to a fine, to having an action or defense dismissed, to paying the other side's legal expenses, etc.
