Why are you wasting your time and money? A marriage may be legally dissolved, restoring spouses to "single" status, only by (a) death of one of the parties; (b) a judgment of marriage dissolution; or (c) a judgment of nullity of marriage. Therefore, be patient, and wait it out. When he "fries", you'll be free to remarry. In the meantime, just shack up.
