What is the name of your state? washington state
here is the story, one of my friends is 20 yrs old and another one is 21 yrs old. they went to a ball game and the 21 yrs gave the 20yr old a drink of her beer, they got caught by the police, now they got a sapenoa (spl) to appear in district court. arrainament.
what can they expect? neither has a record of any kind. good girls ,full time employed. need advice before the 24th of july
