What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New Jersey I won in small claims court and a lien was put on my landlords house it`s been 9 years and still no money.He has since transfered ownership to his son.Do they still have to pay and is there interest on the amount not paid me?

You say "it`s been 9 years and still no money". If it has been 9 years from the date of the judgment, you have 11 years left (a judgment is valid for 20 years in NJ).

There are several methods that NJ law allows for enforcing a judgment. One of the easiest is wage garnishment (the first $142.50 per week earnings is exempt, plus 10% over that amount). I would suggest you contact the court and see if they will help you in taking steps to enforce the judgment.
