What is the name of your state? georgia Last year my father died after his passing a will was found leaving his estate to myself and two of my sisters.the executor he named in his will died before he did my oldest sister who was a named beneficiary was going to be the executor after being caught lying and stealing she was replaced by another sister.all the money sister one had collected from the estate she decided to keep saying that it was a gift now sisiter two refuses to collect any of the money back.everytime i try to get anywhere i am shut down being a beneficiary doesn't seem to matter i am always told to refer everything to the executor of the estate.recently i found out why sister one took the money she had and divided with the ones who were not beneficiariea.does anyone out there know what i can do as one of three beneficiaries.
