What is the name of your state? california

I filed and served my hubby in late oct.2001. he had 30 days to counter. he didn't. our kids are grown(19 & 21) , no property. My name was to change too. Here it is mid-july and i've had no site of final papers, or name change... what's up?

My response:

The court doesn't know what's happening unless you tell it. Therefore, file your Request for Entry of Default Judgment. The court will issue you a trial / hearing date, and sign the final order of Dissolution.
