What is the name of your state? NJ

Some stores in the area have spaces "Reserved for customers with infants", or, in the case of Babies R' Us, "Reserved for Expecting Mothers". Are these similar to handicapped parking spaces, whereas they can be legally enforced and violators can be fined?

Not saying "Prove you are pregnant!" or any of that, but when you see a 17 year old guy parking in a space reserved for infants, you have some PO'ed mothers....

Thanks for any input, it is appreciated.

Only handicapped parking spots are covered by law. The type you describe are more of a courtesy.
