Locating Assets!

What is the name of your state? CA

We recently won a Small Claims case. Can anyone give us someone information as to what steps we need to take to locate 'Assets' of a company or person?

Also, once we have won a Small Claims case, can the case go back to court?

If a company goes out of business, and/or changes there name before we collect our money, can we go back to court and sue them under the new name?

How do we put a lien on the company?
