What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Illinois
My friend and her husband have been talking about divorce, and have agreed to a few things. Should she go to a lawyer and find out what her options are or should she just let him go with what is comfortable for him. They have two children a huge house, and lots of bills. What should she do not to lose everything she owns?? If you have any advice please e-mail me at [email protected]

She should just let him go with what's comfortable for him. Forget the lawyer. Tell her to stake her house, kids, bills etc on her husbands desires.

C'mon did you seriously think this was an option?

she should not go with his lawyer, if so, then she can count on him getting the huge house, and the kids, and her the bills and child support........ dont let your friend get screwed,. she needs her own lawyer to protect her rights........ and she needs to file first..... sometimes that matters as well.....
