What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? ohio

according to the second amendment "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." So why hasn't any citizen challenged every gun law as being unconstitutional. It would seem that any gun law (state, local or federal) infringes upon the rights of the people.
