What is the name of your state? Missouri

Okay before I start I want you to know - I KNOW I was stupid!!

Now, I was married by proxy in the state of Texas. Someone filled in for me. I am in Missouri where proxy marriage is not legal.

Question: Am I considered married in Missouri and if so can I annul this marriage?
